  • Every booking includes our full mobile espresso bar setup, experienced baristas, and a curated menu of drinks. We handle everything from setup to breakdown with a minimal footprint, so you don’t have to think about logistics. It’s a complete, self-contained coffee experience built for events.

  • We serve all of San Diego County, from North County down to downtown and beyond. Tribe Coffee is based in Encinitas, but our mobile setup allows us to show up wherever your event is happening. Beaches, offices, venues, private homes, we’re built to move.

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to lock in your date. For larger events or peak seasons, earlier is always better. That said, if your timeline is tight, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it work.

  • No hookups needed. Our system is fully self-contained, solar-powered, and designed to operate anywhere. We can set up in standard parking spots and be ready to serve quickly without relying on external utilities.

  • We serve a full range of espresso drinks, drip coffee, and cold brew, all made with locally roasted beans. Menus can be customized based on your event and audience. For a full breakdown, check out our menu page.

  • Pricing depends on the size of your event, service time, and level of customization. We offer flexible packages including half-day and full-day options. Reach out for a quick quote and we’ll tailor something to fit your needs.
